Environment Scale in Unity


Unity Porting Problem
Today I have experiment on the scale of my environment in VR by borrowing my frined's Vive and work on it as much as possible. I've learn quite a lot of the VR play area and how to port Unity file into Autodesk Maya back and forth so I can model the alley way. Using an asset from Unity, I was able to convert my model that I've made in Unity and port it into maya 2017 to get the right scale of it and start to model on top of it.

In Unity 3D, I used the Scene OBJ Exporter to open the file in Autodesk Maya 2017.

I have also noted down the required play area for my crime scene and  will consult with my lecturer as soon as possible to make sure I have the space I needed in the exhibition area.
